Appointment Policy
Please have a credit card ready when booking, as all services require a credit card on file to guarantee the reservation of your appointment.
Cancellation Policy
At Spa Larimar, every appointment is thoughtfully prepared and reserved exclusively for you. Our policies exist to support a calm, attentive guest experience while honoring the time and care of our providers.
SPA SERVICES
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Late arrivals may result in shortened services or rescheduling and will be charged accordingly.
MED SPA & INJECTABLE SERVICES
A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward your service on the day of your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment or missed appointments will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
UNDERSTANDING & DISCRETION
We understand that life is unpredictable. True illness, family emergencies, or severe weather will always be approached with care and discretion. Repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or an increased deposit for future bookings.
